Post a Task: Clients can post a job by describing the scope of work, budget and all other relevant information that will help the service provider prepare a quote.
Service Provider Quotes: Job posted will be reviewed by service providers, who will bid for the job by submitting their quotes.
Quotes Review and Hire: Client compares quotes and review the profiles of service providers by checking for experience, skills, reviews and ratings from previous clients. Once satisfied, hire the expert and get the task completed.

All clients can open an account. Accounts can be opened by clicking sign up and register by completing all relevant information. OTP code will be sent to your email. As a standard requirement, you need to be 18 or over.
A welcome email will be sent to your email address with your username.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account(s), limit access to our service, with or without prior notice, in the event of infringement of our terms and conditions.
Client’s account can be reactivated upon request when all issues concerning suspension of your account have been resolved, by contacting us via email or contact Us.
Yes, you may at any time cancel your account. You will need to re-register as a new client in order to sell on our platform again.
Clients are free to list their tasks for free on complete a task platform.
Contact the service provider who supplies the services and the Invoice will be sent via email.
Yes, you can cancel a service before the work begins, but will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 10 percent of the whole contract fee which will be taking out from the initial deposit and the rest refunded bank into your account depending on the method of payment.
We perform due diligence and security checks on all service providers during registration before allowing them on the platform. When a service provider shows up at your door, request to see an ID before commencing the task or contact complete a task to send a copy of their ID via a secure medium
When posting a task on the platform, you are advised not to disclose vital personal information on your task. Information such as name, address, email address, phone number, social media handle or account number must not be included in the task description for your security and safety.
Discuss your issue with the service provider and if both parties can’t come to an agreement, contact us to step in for a resolution. You maybe entitle for a refund.
Yes. Refunds can be requested if the service was not delivered, did not meet the expectations standard and non-compliance with the terms of service.
No. We will not provide full refund when a client changes their mind after a task was accepted doing the bidding process and the service provider has started work already or not.
Partial refund may sometimes be requested only if a portion of the work done is unsatisfactory and the service provider did not fully complete the task.
Complete a task will make sure your refund is handled as soon as the refund process is completed. Monies will be made available in your account within 5 – 10 working days and may vary depending on the bank and mode of initial payment.
Contact your bank or check your credit or bank card statement online.
Refunds are only made to the card used for the purchase, If the card is no longer valid or has expired, the card issuing bank will allow the refund to process and accept the funds. Funds will be successfully credited to the account, so far, it’s the same card issuer and bank account.
We will normally refund the agreed amount for the service. If there is cancellation of booking, you will receive a lesser amount due to cancellation fee.
You can open a dispute by sending us a message through the contact section and describe in details the problem.
We will notify the service provider and they need to respond to your request within 2 days and come up with a solution within 5 working days.
If the service provider fails to respond within the speculated time, the request will be closed and you will be refunded within 7 working days.
When a task is completed and you are satisfied with the job done, you should mark the task as complete on your dashboard. You should follow the process stated on How It Works page. This will allow us release payment for the service provider.
After every task completed, the client can leave feedback depending on their experience and satisfaction during the transaction between both parties Feedbacks are left within 39 days of completion of the service.
Feedback submitted cannot be revised. However, you are able to reply service provider’s feedback to show your satisfaction of the service provided.

As part of the registration process, email address is required and you will have to create a password, personal demographics such as your legal (or business) name, main address, email address, telephone number and other information. Bank account details, and Identification documents (passport, driver’s license, and NIN).
Documents provided during registration will be verified according to the law before an account is fully opened.

You can list your service in all categories depending on subscription plan.
There is a trial package and subscription package fully paid for to upgrade your services on our platform, also there is a 12% service commission fee chargeable for any task price to run and maintain our platform. This fee is excluding VAT.
A well detailed step by step instructions are arranged on our platform at the disposal of service provider.
Bank transfer
We shall disburse your funds automatically through electronic transfer into your account within 3 working days upon receiving confirmation from the client that the job has been completed to the required specification (mark job as complete).
Try to resolve the issue with the client in a professional manner. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to our customer support team for guidance in solving the problem.
When a client leaves a negative feedback, try as a matter of urgency to contact the client to resolve their concern and work towards a resolution.
You can respond to the feedback by explaining the steps taken in resolving the problem. Please note that your response will not change your feedback rating as customers will see your explanation when they check feedback review, your response cannot be edited or deleted after submission.
Client’s leave feedbacks due to their experience during the business transaction. When a customer’s feedback violates our policy, please submit a request for Complete a task to check and remove the feedback.
We can only remove offensive language and feedback that includes personal privacy information when requested.
