Payment & Refund Policy – Complete a Task Nigeria

1. Introduction

At Complete a Task Nigeria, your security and satisfaction are our top priorities. This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments, commissions, and refunds are processed for all tasks completed through our platform.

Our goal is to ensure transparent, secure, and fair transactions between customers and verified Taskers across Nigeria.

2. Payment Process

To maintain trust and prevent fraud, all payments must be made directly through Complete a Task Nigeria.
We use a secure escrow system powered by reputable payment gateways.

How it works:

  1. The customer pays 70% upfront when booking a task.
  2. The payment is held securely by Complete a Task until the task is completed.
  3. Once the customer confirms completion, the remaining 30% balance is paid.
  4. Complete a Task releases payment to the Tasker minus a 15% service fee (commission).

3. Commission & Fees

  • Complete a Task charges a 15% commission on the total cost of each completed task.
  • This commission supports platform maintenance, customer support, and secure transaction handling.
  • Taskers receive 85% of the agreed amount after successful completion and confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

aim for 100% satisfaction. However, refunds are available in the following cases:

Full Refund:

  • The Tasker did not show up or begin the task.

⚖️ Partial Refund:

  • The task was partially completed but did not meet agreed requirements.
  • A dispute was raised and verified by the Complete a Task support team.
  • The customer cancels before any work starts.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation and will be returned via the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement occurs between a customer and a Tasker, Complete a Task will:

  1. Review the submitted evidence (photos, chat history, or reports).
  2. Mediate a fair resolution within 5 working days.
  3. Issue a refund or release payment based on verified results.

Our team ensures neutrality and fairness in every case.

6. Fraud Prevention

To maintain safety:

  • Direct payments outside Complete a Task are strictly prohibited.
  • Any user found transacting off-platform may have their account suspended or permanently banned.
  • All transactions are encrypted and monitored for unusual activity.
